Are materials included in the monthly price?
Yes, the Creative Pass and Studio Plus plans include paints, brushes, canvas, and paper needed for weekly sessions. The Starter plan includes basic materials, with premium supplies available for a small additional fee if requested.
Can I switch plans after enrolling?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at the start of any new billing month. Simply speak with our front desk staff in Tanta at least three days before your next payment cycle to adjust your package.
Do you offer classes for both children and adults?
All pricing plans apply to students of any age. Classes are grouped by skill level and age range, so children, teens, and adults can each find a suitable weekly session within the same pricing structure.
What is your refund policy for missed classes?
Missed classes can be rescheduled within the same month, subject to studio availability. We do not offer cash refunds for unused sessions, but credits can be applied toward the following month's plan upon request.
Is there a registration fee in addition to the monthly price?
A one-time registration fee of EGP 200 applies to new students, covering your student folder and initial studio orientation. This fee is separate from the monthly class package and is charged only once.
